Refund Policy
Because our detailing services involve time, labor, and materials, payments are non-refundable once a service has been completed. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly schedule a touch-up or correction at no additional charge.
To qualify for a touch-up:

The concern must relate to the services originally performed

No new dirt, stains, or wear should have occurred after service

The vehicle must be available for inspection or photos may be requested
If a service cannot be reasonably corrected, we may offer a partial credit toward a future detail, at our discretion.
