Service Disclaimer
Sarasota Shine MD provides mobile auto detailing services focused on improving the cleanliness and appearance of your vehicle. Our detailing services are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to repair bodywork, paint defects, structural damage, or mechanical issues.
Prior to service, we will walk the vehicle with you to review its current condition and confirm the services being provided. Any existing scratches, dents, clear coat damage, fading, stains, or odors may not be fully removable.
Final pricing may vary based on the vehicle’s size, condition, interior soil level, and any additional labor required. If unexpected heavy soil, pet hair, mold, or other conditions are discovered, we will discuss any additional time or cost before proceeding.
Sarasota Shine MD is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.
For mobile service, we require a safe and accessible location to work.
If weather conditions prevent or interrupt service, we will reschedule at no cost.
Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Sarasota Shine MD (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service and Pricing
All detailing services are performed by appointment. Final pricing is based on the size, condition, and cleanliness of the vehicle. If additional time or labor is needed due to excessive soil, pet hair, stains, odors, or other conditions, we will discuss any revised pricing before beginning service.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise discussed in advance. We accept cash, card, or mobile payment where available.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the appointment time to another customer.
Weather-related rescheduling is no charge and will be arranged promptly.
Mobile Service Requirements
For mobile detailing, the vehicle must be located in an area that allows us to work safely, with adequate space for access to all sides of the vehicle.
Condition & Results
Our detailing services are cosmetic in nature. While we aim for high-quality results, some stains, odors, scratches, paint defects, clear coat damage, and interior wear may not be fully removable. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
We may record or photograph the vehicle to document condition before and after service.
Because our detailing services involve time, labor, and materials, payments are non-refundable once a service has been completed. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly schedule a touch-up or correction at no additional charge.
To qualify for a touch-up:

The concern must relate to the services originally performed

No new dirt, stains, or wear should have occurred after service

The vehicle must be available for inspection or photos may be requested
If a service cannot be reasonably corrected, we may offer a partial credit toward a future detail, at our discretion.
Our promise

If you notice something we missed, just contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right with a free touch-up on the areas originally serviced.
No stress. No runaround. Just clean, honest work.
Personal Items
Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the appointment. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
Photos & Media
We may take before-and-after photos of vehicle details for service documentation and marketing purposes.
If you prefer your vehicle photos not to be used, just let us know prior to service — we fully respect that.
Liability
Sarasota Shine MD is not liable for damage resulting from:

Pre-existing wear, corrosion, clear coat failure, or interior material breakdown

Customer-provided cleaning products or materials

Hazardous locations or unsafe working conditions
We take reasonable care in all services performed.
